My style as a yoga teacher is ever evolving. Over the years my main influences have been Iyengar yoga and Ashtanga yoga with particular attention on the breath, postural alignment, strength and flexibility – not just of the physical body but the whole-self; mind, body and spirit. I strongly advocate the healing powers of embodiment and breath awareness and passionately share this throughout my teachings, both in class and when working 1:2:1 with clients.

My sessions are very much laced with my broad experience, knowledge, and continual fascination for practicing yoga as a healing therapeutic model so expect to be taken on a Body-Listening journey of self discovery.

Yoga based therapy focuses on your physical, mental and emotional health. In a private session with me you will learn yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation techniques. Each of these sessions are uniquely tailored and adapted to meet each client’s needs.

Yoga can empower and help you to better manage and improve your over-all health and wellbeing. It is a wonderful resource for life.

Due to other work commitments I am currently only running the 1 regular weekly class.

Tuesday’s 6.30pm-8pm at Townshend Village Hall £10 drop in or £35 for a block of 4.

Level : Moderate - Some yoga experience is necessary for this session.
